I wrote this mournful piece of serious reflection to honor all people who have been persecuted and to lament the dead. Since the premiere if this piece in Rome on June 28th 2019, the Russo-Ukrainian War and the Hamas attack on Israel followed by the Israeli attacks and the occupation of Palestine have revealed numerous others to be lamented.
